Challenge
A senior cosmetology specialist had recently relocated from Lviv to Valencia and opened her first small studio. The Instagram account was barely set up, paid advertising had never been run, and the studio had no foothold in a crowded local beauty market. She needed a predictable flow of new clients quickly, and a system that could keep up as the business grew.
Strategy
We approached this as a full market entry, not a simple media buy.
