How We Rebuilt a Korean Beauty E-Commerce Brand and Scaled It Profitably Across Five International Markets

Challenge

A niche cosmetology e-commerce brand based in South Korea had been running paid ads on its own without a positive return. The category is sensitive to Meta's ad policies, so the team was also dealing with constant ad account blocks. Budget was leaking, the site wasn't converting, and they needed a partner who could untangle the situation, fix the foundation, and build something that actually scaled.

Strategy
